Failure to comply will result in the termination of your order.
Local Delivery
All prices are inclusive of local normal postage fee.
For local registered mail, please pay an additional SGD$2.50.
International Registered Mail
We recommend the use of Speedpost Air Parcel for international mail.
Postage charges vary according to item size and weight.
Please allow 14-22 days for delivery.
We will not be responsible for the loss and damage of items using normal postage. Hence, the use of registered mail is highly recommended.
All items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless in the case of genuine item mix-up.
You are required to provide us with the relevant evidence in such cases.
However, please note that customers will have to bear the postage fees when returning the items back to us.
We do not rent, sell or lease any information that you provide to third parties.
Any information that we receive from you will be used solely for answering enquiries,

Yes, all our items are carried in-stock and mailed out immediately upon receipt of order.
Do you take pre-orders for sold out items?
We regret that we do not take pre-orders for any items as our store emphasises on the exclusiveness of every collection.
Are the items new?
Please be assured that all our items are brand new.
Branded items and clothing come with their original price tags to prove their authenticity.
